ConnectEd - Items Pickup & Drop Off

Pick-up/Drop-off Map

Flow Chart

On Tuesday, from 10 AM to 12 noon, Seniors will be dropping off their textbooks, chrome books, media center materials, and any CMS borrowed instruments and incidental materials. They will be collecting their yearbooks, honors cords, locker contents, and any medications they may have left in the nurse's office. In addition, any bagged and identified items from senior teachers will be on hand for you to pick up. These will be picked up in manned stations. Please enter via Celia Street and drop off any instruments you may have. Next, wind your way up past the trailers to the front of the school. There will be several stations along the way for you to deposit or pick up items. We are asking that you wear your masks, if you have them, and that you maintain a social distance of 6 feet. Only one person should be getting out of the car to drop off anything, and only then if it is absolutely necessary. We will try to do all of the transactions with everyone remaining in the car. I will be posting the location of the stations on the Friends of Northwest Facebook page, tomorrow, so you can have a clear idea of where to go. If you can not make it to the school at that time, Seniors can come on this coming Friday, June 5th between 1 and 3 PM.

If you still need to work on your grades, and are still in need of your texts or materials, you may stop by the school on June 9 to drop those off between 1 and 3 PM, and collect yearbooks, locker and teacher identified items, and any honors cords.

Middle School Personal Item Pick-up

Students in grades 6, 7, and 8 will come by the school to collect their yearbooks, locker and teacher identified items, pick up any medications, drop off any media center materials, and collect bagged and identified items this coming Friday, June 5, between 10 AM and 12 noon. You will NOT be returning your text books or chrome books, as we will be attending to those in the coming fall. I will also post a map for you on Friends of Northwest Facebook page so that you have a clear idea of where you should go for these items. You will enter through Celia Street, and you will wind your way past the trailers to the front of the school, stopping by necessary stations along the way, including the drop-off point for school instruments you may have borrowed, and any other incidental items that may belong to the school.

High School Personal Item Pick-up

If you are in grades 9-11, you will come to the school on Friday, June 5th, from 1 to 3 PM. You will NOT be dropping off textbooks or chrome books, but we will be attending to those in the fall. We will be collecting any media center materials you may have checked out. You will be collecting your yearbooks, any honors cords, locker contents, medications left in the nurse's office, and any teacher-identified items that are bagged and tagged.

Please remember that there is a section to pay online on our website if you owe any fines or fees. Thank you.
